Du Jour Bistro in downtown Bellingham is an excellent place to have lunch. They have an ecclectic, ever changing menu with reasonable prices. Their waitstaff is accomidating and remembers the names of regulars (a big plus in my opinion). Plus, they serve a huge array of wine so if you want to make lunch a longer, more slow break, it's available. One little quirk is that they don't have a menu so you have to remember to read the menu board on the way in or else you'll have to do the embarrassing "newbie" walk of shame back out to the street to read the menu choices.
