I love the GreenHouse. I go there every time I want to find a unique gift or a new treat for my house. I think the owner's taste and choices are superb. I go there first before I try any other store. I have bought furniture, kitchen ware, more kitchen ware a many of the decorative items. From brooms to couches, they had it all for me!

They have great service at the Greenhouse. There are things for your house that you never knew were around. I got several things for wedding gifts here. To me, the only downfall is the price, but for a local business, it's to be expected. On another note, the bathroom there is an experience. You have to go upstairs through the employee area. Then you get on an elevator that comes from who knows where and go up to floor three. Then to the left past the offices no one knows exist and you're there! It's crazy weird. Back to the store, they have mostly kitchen stuff, upstairs offers furniture, sofas and tables, bed frames and such. It's a very pottery barn type place with more.

The Greenhouse is one of the only businesses that survived the opening of the mall on the Guide. I don't think it would be the same store if it was in the mall. It is mostly a kitchen store, all sorts of utensils and gadgets and thingamajigs. You will find stuff here that you never knew that you needed, but since you've seen it you just have to have it. And by the looks of the store, you'd half expect that a wooden spoon would cost $3. Luckily, they have been able to keep lower prices and that is a big selling point for this store. The other thing I like about this store is the unique and special items that you can find here that you would never find at Bed, Bath and Beyond and you can find some really neat stocking stuffers for christmas here, or an everyday gift item. Because this store is downtown, parking isn't always easy to come by.
