I got an emergency appointment on the phone and told the receptionist that I had an abcessed tooth which was bulging just above the gum line and having massive pain and asked if I could see the dentist and get some antibiotics to clear the infection, then after 1 week on payday I could actually have the tooth pulled. She said that would be no problem and to come in the following morning at 7:30am . when I arrived was told that they would need need quite a lot of money to cover x-rays and such-- (I already paid this dentist for an x-ray for this same tooth 2 months earlier) at that time he wanted me to come back in 2 months since then it was not abcessed. now I'm stuck with a bump on the side of my face in exruciating pain with no antibiotics or anything.... this is a pretty greedy and cruel dentist who doesnt really care about his patients, but only about $$$$ ! as long as you got good insurance and lots of money he will pretend to care about you.

Dr. Chen has an entire surgery suite in his office and doesn't have to ever refer you out to anyone else, which is awesome and very convenient. Dr. Chen is a very confident, young, energetic dentist who makes me feel comfortable when I'm at his office. His staff is competent, friendly and better yet, they remember details about me from previous visits and ask for updates on various aspects of my life. I would highly recomend Dr. Chen and his staff.
