After I moved here from NYC, I thought Bellingham had to be the "Bad Chinese Food Capital of the World". Then I stumbled on to Lucky Panda and have been basking in salvation's glory ever since. Friendly staff, prompt delivery, and the best chinese food in town as well as the best bang for your buck! Just when I had given up on this little town, Lucky Panda offers signs of civilization!
