When you're buying a home, you want an inspector who is thorough to the point of obsessive. Leon did our home inspection when we moved to town and I was very impressed. He's the guy who trains the other building inspectors in the area and he's been in the business for many years. Leon found a couple of problems that we had the seller repair...and discovered other minor things that were just plain good to know so we could keep an eye on them. He also encouraged us to call him any time in the future if we were doing maintenance or repairs and had questions. He remembers the houses he inspects and also keeps detailed notes on them. Highly recommended.
