Tom Hosford did his hardest to please us and I feel he did a lot of extra work without expecting compensation. He does quality work and uses quality materials. I will hire Tom again for the next remodeling project. He can be trusted and is very reliable. Once he starts the project he sticks with it until it's completed. I highly recommend him.

Went there to have a vaccum fixed, had a certified letter (from Eureka) stating that the warranty was good and still refused to fix my machine. Owner was very rude and just kept throwing in my face i didn't have a "proof of purchase". And because of this, let's just say that they are not a Certified Warranty/Service Station for Eureka anymore..
Cons: Awful Customer Service and Refusal of Warranty
