After going to his shop due to mechanical problems, i found that my car got in worse conditions. the first time he forgot to reconnect my oil temp gauge, and the second it seemed...

One happy mustang 6/16/2011

I had a Mustang that was missfiring. Went to a couple of shops to see if they can fix it. One shop said they can't help me because the "check engine" light is not on. Another shop replaced a few thing but still didn't help. I read positive reviwes about Gene's Auto Repair, so I decided to give them a try. They fixed it. Gene said that using some kind of mode 6 he was able to see which cylinder missfired and replacing ignition coil solved the problem.I dont think my Mustang ever ran as good as it does now. Happy as always 4/1/2011

Gene has done great work on my cars in the past. I just got a 2005 Audi A4 with 90k miles. Called the Audi dlr for a timing belt quote. Almost fell of the chair when I herd the price. Gene got it done in one day at a much lower price. Why go anywhere else? Alex. more

Mike's Ride 1/25/2011

I got a 1995 Toyota Tercel. Heater core started leaking. Called around and Could not believe how much it costs to have a heater core replaced. Called Gene's and asked if I can bring a used one . He replied that: "no problem". I saved half of what the others wanted to charge me and my heater works just fine. No more foggy windshield.Would use Gene's again. Mike. more

Rare car 11/5/2010

I have been coming to Gene's for years. In fact Gene sold me the car. It is a 1990 Audi V8. It is a pretty rare car. Never had a problem with Gene, always good service and prices. I hate to say this but I tried other places and they would not even touch my car. They say it is too rare. So if you have something unique Gene just might help you. Vadim. more

My jeep 10/5/2010

Gene replaced a starter motor on my 1986 Jeep Wagoneer. No one else wanted to do it. They all said it was too old to work on. I am 72 years old , am I too old to be a customer? I am glad Gene doesn't think so. Sally. more

Great shop 8/24/2010

Got a 97 Nissan Quest. Engine developed a rattle.Took it to a couple of shops for diagnostics. Was told I need a new engine. Friend told me to give Gene a try. Turns out it was a worn A/C belt tensioner. $147.00 later my minivan runs great and quiet. John. more

Auto Repair 4/5/2010

I have a 2003 Lexus IS300.Took my car for emission test and failed. One shop replaced oxygen sensors.That didn't work. Lexus dealer wanted to charge me over $3000.00 to replace wiring harness.My uncle who knows Gene for over 13 years now gave me Gene's number. Took it to Gene's Auto Repair. I was told by Gene that, all I need is a new thermostat. He showd me the old damaged one. Replaced thermostat and passed emission test. Gene is the best. more

The best shop in Bellevue. 3/18/2010

Gene has by far been the best Auto Repair Mechanic I've found. I was taking my 04 Honda Civic to the Dealership for maintenance and repairs but kept leaving with a list of "things that need to be fixed ASAP" and a gaping hole in my checking account. I took my car to Gene because a co-worker recommended him and now I hope to never have to find another shop. Gene has consistently stuck by his estimates and has paired down the list of things the dealership told me I was in DIRE need of. My car is happy and my pocketbook is happy. I would recommend (and have) Gene to anyone who would listen. more
