I received GREAT service at the Big 5 in Factoria. I went in with basic questions on a product and left feeling very satisfied. I didn't even make a purchase that day. But, I did go back and make a purchase a few days later. GREAT customer service. They may not be the least expensive, but they are definitely worth your time.

Bring your checklist and ask an available sales personel and you will find what you're looking for immediately. Do bother with other stores where a sales rep is impossible to find. Great prices, great customer service.
