On a recent visit to PF Changs at the request of a friend, we encountered very mediocre Americanized Chinese food. The noodles were burned and over-sauced. The chicken was very salty, and the beef was very dry.
We did provide this feedback to our server, who then escalated to the manager, who was nice enough to comp our meal, but I won't be back ...
If you want authentic Chinese food, head to Cafe Ori in nearby Redmond. You get top quality food in ample quantities and at very reasonable prices.

It's not "authentic" Chinese food (whatever that is!) but it's certainly a step up from your local Chinese dive. For whatever reason it's very popular, it can literally take 2 hours to get a table on the weekends, so I recommend visiting on a weeknight - or doing a little shopping while you're waiting. (They give you pagers and will beep when your rable is ready.)

PF Changs is good. It's not great because of some of the service/long wait issues, but the food for the most part is good. I love their pan fried noodles with chicken, and their lettuce wraps are reliably delicious.
Don't come looking for great service and you won't be disappointed.

ANY WAY THERE PRICE IS REASONABLE BUT IT'S HARD TO FIND A SOUP WITHOUT PORK. SERVICE IS VERY SLOW. IF YOU WANT SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR A LONG TIME.

My friends were recently engaged and I made reservations for an engagement dinner at P.F. Changs in Bellevue. When we arrived there (10 min. early!) the hostess had seated a group of people at our table! I can't prove it, but it seemed obvious that the people did not want to wait the usual hour and a half dinner wait, so they pulled some strings with the hostess, especially since they had about half the number of people our reservation was made for. My party and I, including an anxious baby, a three year old, and family members who had traveled nearly an hour to get there, were left waiting for a table. By the time we were seated the hostess assured us she would let the manager know what had happened and that the manager would come speak to us and compensate us on our meal for the "misunderstanding". The manager never appeared and there were no comps. After our meal we asked the hostess to speak to the manager. She tried to take our number and said she would have him call us! We refused and she finally got him. When the manager appeared he said that he had NEVER been notified of the situation. Obviously the hostess was trying to cover herself! The manager was very apologetic and the server and food were good. The hostess however was not!

I was really disappointed when I moved to Washington and discovered that it is severely lacking in Chinese restaurants. Lucky for me, there is PF Chang's. While it is a chain, it satisfies my need for yummy Chinese food! You can't go wrong with a dish, and the won-ton and hot and sour soups are delicious. Your server will make your own sauce to your taste (how spicy) that can go on and in everything, including the soup. PF Chang's is golden and a great place to go with a group of people so you can try a lot of dishes!

OK, so it's a chain, but PF Chang's is the best Chinese food we have found in Washington! It's so good! It is a nice restaurant, but noisy enough to be ok for the whole family. The lettuce wraps, Chang's spicy prawns (not on the menu), and Mongolian beef are some of the best dishes we have tried. It's hard to try new things when you already have your favorites!
