I've discovered my second favorite dish there. (First is the twice cooked pork with rice). Intestine soup noodle with hand shaven noodle. Huge bowl of soup noodle with the yummy hand shaven noodle. Pickled veggies with intestines. Yum! The restaurant now has lot less crowd than before during lunch, but everything great about this place is still the same!

Love these guys and this is my favorite Szechuan place in town. Their cold noodle dish and the hand-shaven noodle are my favorites. They also have great hotpot for winter days so it's great.

Since I moved from San Francisco, I have found very few good chinese food places. This weekend my husband and I were introduced to szechwan chef by a recommendation from a Chinese coworker. It was fantastic. I normally wouldn't get so excited about moo shu pork but this was good stuff.
Located in a strip mall, the restaurant doesn't have a lot of street appeal but long lines of (mostly chinese) patrons let us know that this was worth the trip to the east side.
We ordered moo shu pork (as mentioned above) and mangolian beef served with buns as well as the dry roasted green beans--very tasty. We didn't even need the second order of food but did enjoy leftovers the next day. If you have a craving for chinese, I highly recommend visiting this spot.

For the record, the place was recommended to me by a Chinese friend of mine who claims it is the most authentic food she's had in the area.
