If you schedule your party at 3-2-1 like we did, you won't have anything to worry about. Everything went well from start to finish with our group. Great staff and management.

We had tons of fun at this place and I have been to 2 parties here. Service is great and the staff makes sure everyone has a great time. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a party place where everyone can have fun regardless of age. I found out recently that they do after hours teen events with sumo wrestling as well. My 17 year old son is planning to have a high school graduation party here. The dodgeball court, jousting and 2 80 foot long obstacle courses are really fun.

I had my daughter's birthday party planned for over a month. She was very excited. I had the cake, balloons party favors packed in the car ready to go and my phone rang. It was 321 bounce calling to tell me that they had been having electrical issues all day and could not host the party. This was one hour prior to party time! If they had been having these issues all day why did they wait until 2:30 to call me when the party was scheduled for 3:30? Needless to say I had a very upset 8 year old. I had to scramble to call everyone, try and make other party arrangements and calm my daughter all at once. Do these people know what this kind of thing means to a child? If you have electrical problems fine, not your fault. It is your fault when you fail to call and warn the parents at a decent time in order to allow them to make other plans and not waist money on cake, balloons etc. We ended up having the party at Pump it up in Kirkland later that evening. I was told by them the same thing happened to another client that had a birthday planned at 321 bounce that day but they received a cancellation phone call at 9 am for an 11 am party. This proved to me that 321 bounce knew about the electrical problem much earlier in the day but decided that waiting to call an hour before my party was to begin was good business practice. I don't think so. They did refund my deposit but did not offer anything else. I lost money on party favors because not as many kid's could come at the later time, I also wound up spending more money at pump it up. The staff was not very sympathetic at the time of the phone call. They seemed "put out" that I was so upset. I basically got the equivalent of "Like, I'm sorry okay". I don't know what electrical system there hooked up to but if you choose to plan a party there make sure you call that day to make sure they have power or you might be sorry!

I had not been to 3-2-1 Bounce before I scheduled the party for our 3 year old so I was a little nervous the day of the party. Everything was organized well and Paul's friends who were between 2 and 6 had a wonderful experience. If you are thinking about having your party here you will certainly have a good time thanks to the nice staff, management and clean facility. Thankfully I did schedule about 8 weeks in advance so I was able to find a time that worked for us.

So, we were pleased that everything went well as this was a special team that deserved a great time. A perfect place to go for a team event or any party with little or no planning required aside from getting a date booked.

Everyone knows how crazy planning a party can be, especially around holidays. Unfortunately my daughter has a December birthday so I pull double duty every year getting it organized and the Christmas planning done. For her 5th I decided to have her party outside the home and let someone else deal with the stress. Was a great move on my part. Our party coordinator at 3-2-1 Bounce took care of everthing for us. From serving our cake, drinks and staying with us the entire time in our party room...what a relief. Great choice for busy moms and anyone wanting a carefree party. The kids were wore out and had fun getting to that point. The facility is very nice, clean and well maintained. S. Hutchinson

Had a fantastic time celebrating our 12 year olds birthday recently and everything went very well. The management and staff were all very helpful and organized. We had 24 children and some parents in attendance as well. Everyone including adults said it was a great time. We had pizza and really enjoyed the unlimited use of the soda fountains during our time in the party room. The parties there are a great value for the money with the parties being 2 and a half hours long. My only advice is to schedule well in advance to get the party times you want. It is best to schedule at least a few weeks in advance if you want your party to be during an afternoon on a Saturday or Sunday. Sarah

My sons' party was cancelled one hour before it was scheduled to begin. Both of their birthdays' are within a week of Christmas, so I take a lot of time (and $$) to plan a special day for them. They were very excited about their 321 Bounce party, especially because last year's was cancelled due to the storm and power outage. Imagine my surprise when we arrived for our party and the girl at the desk said 'i guess you didn't get my message.' There was some sort of electrical issue and they had to cancel. There did not appear to be anyone working on fixing the problem, and the only solution the girl had was that we could reschedule for Saturday. That wasn't a reasonable solution, considering almost all of the 30 kids were already at 321 Bounce. She talked on her cell phone (not business related) while my friends and I figured out what to do next. We went to Chuck-E-Cheese. The kids had a blast and I had a headache. I am very disapointed in how the cancellation was handled and have not received any follow-up or apology from management at 321 Bounce. I understand the electrical issue may have been out of their control, but better customer service would have meant we may return there one day. As it stands, we won't and neither will any of our friends.
