I recently started using Scott Chytil of Chytil Photography to create the photo spreads that I use for my real estate listings. His prices seem reasonable and his work is stunning. I just listed a condo yesterday using the photos that we took and I believe that it may be sold as quickly as today. Yeah, for my client!!! If you are considering having any photos done for your home whether it's for your own personal use, as an unrepresented seller, or you are an agent or their client interested in having the best views of your home on the internet - I highly recommend his work. On top of the good work, Scott is also a really nice guy who is easy to work with and a professional in dress and demeanor. This is something I truly appreciate - it's great when you can work with a competent and friendly person. It just makes the experience that much better.
