These folks have been rather pleasant to work with, own their own shop, and seem willing to work with customers on a variety of levels. We've had them replicate a lost earring with great results, manufacture custom pieces (also with excellent results), and have made regular retail purchases here. Their unique designs can be quite attractive, and they are willing to negotiate somewhat on pricing if the conditions are right. I would be suprised to hear anything negative about these folks...
