Staff was very helpful when I needed anything. Family friendly, kids loved the pool and the streams running through the atrium. Breakfast was better than expected and night reception was great. Had a wonderful carefree weekend. Looking forward to going back.
Pros: Great Staff, beautiful atrium, easy access to freeway
Cons: no fish in streams

This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. I stayed 2 nights, and there was party rooms all over the hotel. When I called at 11 pm the desk said there was nothing they could do about it. When I requested assistance with my baggage on checkout they said they had no one available. Not what I would expect from a hotel of Embassy Suites standards.
Pros: off highway, ample parking, restaurant
Cons: room service, noise in hallways, desk staff

At this upscale, all-suite hotel chain, guests enjoy abundant amenities and a free cooked-to-order breakfast.
In Short
In 1984, the first Embassy Suites location debuted in Overland Park, Kan. Today, the property's luxury accommodations make it an ideal hotel for conferences, special events and weddings. All hotel rooms are spacious two-room suites that include a separate living area with a sofa bed and desk, a private bedroom, two televisions, a wet bar, a refrigerator and a coffeemaker. Guests may also attend a nightly reception with beverages.
