1/2 Price Pots
It's a newer place that opened up in the Seattle area - they usually have an interesting collection of glazed pots that are very attractive. Also, check out sales from places like Herban Pottery.

Big Pots, Small Costs
After hearing about Half Price Pots for a while, I finally decided to head down to Renton and check out the stock. Ooh! You know you are a gardening nerd when you ooh and ahh over various colored outdoor pots. I couldn't decide. Wandered the yard for almost an hour before selecting a few. I exclaimed numerous times: "Oh, look at that one!" or "Ooh, that one's cheap!" "Ooh, that one is shaped like a honeypot!" I went with some friends and both households walked away with 3 large, glazed garden pots for a decent price. I have even mentally bookmarked a few other styles and will likely go back to pick up a few more in the next couple of weeks. The have small ones, tall ones, big ones, square ones, etc. You get the point. Looking for some good pots and don't feel like paying outrageous prices? Go to Half Price Pots.

Pots a Plenty!
The 1st time here is overwhelming. I thought I knew what I wanted, then saw all these different colored, designed, cool pots. Prices decent, I got 2 blue glazed 14" for outside, they are heavy too! There's just so many, you need to sort of have an idea of what you want, as you'll end up wanting them all. I sought their opinions a couple times and they were helpful.

good place for planters
This store has a lot of really nice planters for good prices. You get half off of the price listed on the price tag on all of the pots. This begs the question of why they have that price listed in the first place, but what can you do? It's a good bargain anyway.

Beautiful selection and good pricing for the same thing retail nurseries sell
Half-Price Pots offers an interesting variety of different pots and planters in varying materials, including terra cotta, metal, and porcelain. There are Mediterranean, Asian, and Mexican style pots, and many can be used either inside or outside. The business is very serve yourself oriented, and you need to study your purchases thoroughly before making them, as it seems they lump seconds in with the first quality merchandise. I have seen similar planters at retail nurseries in the area, and the sticker "retail" and "Half Price Pots" prices aren't really much of an exaggeration. Bring a friend who will help you lift heavy things, and keep Half Price Pots in mind as a place to get gifts.

Great for all your potting needs!
Before I bought my place, I would often drive by Half Price Pots and wonder how an entire store could be devoted to pots!
After getting a place and wanting to spruce it up, I stopped in having driven by so often. I was quite impressed with the selection and prices. If you need pots for your place you definately should skip the rest and check out Half Price Pots. Make sure you take a good look though, some of the pots I saw were slightly damaged... sitting right next to undamaged pots for the same price.
