Dr. Young and his staff are very professional and courteous. I am treated with series of microdermabrasions and other topical applications mostly to help my melasma and see great results. Dr. Young or his staff always call me after procedures to check if everything is OK. My experience has been entirely positive and I would recommend Dr. Young without any reservation to my family and friends.

When I went into labor prematurely, the staff in Overlake's Childbirth unit was instrumental in keeping me calm and making certain everything that could be done for us and our baby was done. Many mothers to be would be pleased to know they retain an anesthesiologist especially for the labor and delivery rooms.
As is typical, I went through a number of nurses between the time I was admitted and the time I delivered, and almost all were terrific. Very personable and calming, while at the same time ruthlessly efficient and knowledgeable. I never once had any concerns that anything less than the best care was taking place for our child.
After a textbook, if early, birth, we were whisked away to the mother and baby unit, complete with a private bathroom, television, vcr, rocking chair and a recliner that turns into a bed so all three of us could stay overnight. The nurses there were also terrific, checking up on patients at regular intervals and making sure mom's, dad's and babies were all comfortable. They have lactation consultants right there to assist any nursing mom's who need a little extra help, and plenty of resources and materials to answer any question parents may have about the health of their child.
The overall experience was terrific, when it's time for our next child, I will absolutely be going back to Overlake!
For those wondering about the one nurse who wasn't terrific, she was knowledgeable enough to provide exceptional care, just rather impersonal and didn't click with me very well...definitely not something major!

Be ware of this place, the atmosphere is somewhat addicting when you first go in as they all seem so upbeat all the time. But you know what they say, if it's too good to be true, than it probably is! Their billing system raises more than a few ethical questions. Make sure you are VERY CLEAR on what the terms/ cost of service are BEFORE you take another step! They'll take you and your insurance for all you've got!

I first met Donna Martin when she was kind enough to make a house call to my Seattle residence because I was not ambulatory. That was eight years ago and Donna has measured and fitted me for compression stockings many times since. She's a compassionate, caring registered nurse with years of training and experience serving diabetics and clients with deep vein thrombosis, edema and related circulation problems.
Donna knows how to make custom fit compression stockings comfortable, with features like contracture seams to avoid cutting into the ankle, padded heels and soft toes. Comfort is very important for stockings you will have to wear for the rest of your life. I can't recommend her highly enough.

What a great place?great atmosphere and very clean. Mary?s knowledge in nutrition and colon hydrotherapy is enormous. I have seen her and Michelle (as seen in my other review.) She explains everything very well and informs you on everything. This was my second experience with having a colonic and it was better than the first. I recommend this place without hesitation.
