I've been going to this coffee stand since I moved into the neighborhood about 6 months ago. I was searching around for a drive- thru cause I hate standing in line and I had great experiences with stands in my old neighborhood. So the coffee is pretty good, I did notice some snotty girl attitude and it definitely isn't everyone there. But if it's good coffee I'm willing to put up with it, so I'm a little bummed out cause I like the coffee but I got serious attitude this past week and I'm pretty much over being their patron. I don't know what it is maybe cause I'm a girl? some days I'm club ready and some I'm house wife drab I always get attitude.sux. There is a NEW stand across/down the street which I'm excited to try now, they used to suck but it's new management so here's to hoping :o)

Great place to drive in quickly and grab a nice hot drink made to your specifications...good prices and selection...service is excellent! Enjoy. They have "frequent user" cards, specials, kid's stuff and snacks too. Great new, fun place. A must STOP and TRY if you are in the Factoria area at all.

Ok. this place rocks! I only wish there were more of them and it was on my way to work. I will go out of my way to go here. The people involved in this place truly believe in customer service and LOVE coffee. There is a wide variety of different fun coffee drinks. Personally, I love the drip and that says heaps about the taste. Keep on groovin JAZZED people. Give it a go. It's worth it.

I'm usually a latte only person but I tried one of their specialty drinks and will be back for more! I find the owners and the "hired help" to be cheerful and friendly no matter how harried they may be. What a great Drive through. If you are close to Factoria, it's a must! Coffee, music and a smile for a fair price! Get Jazzed!

I stopped by during the morning hours of one of the first days of operation and was greeted by two, smiling and engaging Baristas. They offered me a specialty signature drink off of their thematic, colorful menu. I ended up only needing an Americano at the time but I will definitely be back for the other drinks- the espresso was that BEST in Bellevue by FAR! I love the jazz theme and the music playing to my car through a speaker attached to the building! Great idea! It's about time Bellevue had a QUALITY drive-thru to go to. Great building, great Baristas, great coffee. I highly recommend checking them out.

While driving through Factoria, I noticed a new espresso stand..thought I'd stop and try since it looked very inviting. As I pulled up I noticed Jazz music playing and a friendly barista greeted me right away. My drink was awesome, I tried the Caramel a-cinno...funny name, great drink. Next time I'll try the Frango Sinatra. If you're looking for really good coffee prepared by experienced baristas..this is the place to go and with the weather here it's sure nice to not have to get out of your car!!
