I go to this gym only because it is part of my benefits at work. When I found out how much the membership was, I was outraged! It is a beautiful gym with most facilities available to you. The thing I don't like about this gym though is that not everything is included in the membership. You would think it would be considering the high price you pay for the membership but things like Yoga, Pilates, Circuit Training - these are classes you have to sign up and pay extra for. And it's not cheap either! For Yoga, I would rather go to a local specialty Yoga studio if I'm paying the same price for the classes within ProClub. It is also packed during the times you would normally want to go to the gym (early morning before going to work or early evening right after work). I usually have trouble finding a locker and parking during these times.

The ProClub is the best gym of which I've ever been a member. To say it is large is an understatement. The gym attempts to accommodate every workout habit so there are numerous workout rooms with tons of machines (weights and cardio). There are rooms for women only and three co-ed workout rooms: one that's fully lighted, another that is partially lighted, and another that's pretty dark. There's a room full of free weights and some machines and there are courts galore: basketball, tennis, and raquetball. I like the dark room because while I'm doing my dreadful cardio, I like to escape in my thoughts.
There is a wide variety of group classes - free and paid. I enjoy the spinning and cardio kickboxing classes. There are even classes for children and teens.
The locker rooms are all very clean and has lots of showers though locker space could be scarce if you arrive during the peak after-work hours. There are three hot tubs; a sauna; and a steam room. And the women's locker is right near the Spa.
The biggest downside is the cost, which is understandable since the gym has so much to offer. If it weren't for my employer, I would not be a member of the ProClub because it's sooo expensive. Don't get me wrong, the club is fabulous but I don't utilize all of its services to validate the high monthly cost.

What an amazing club! Four(!) pools, each with a different filtration system and temperature. Big fluffy towels in the towel service. Electronic locks on the lockers that you can set your own combination on. Enormously over-staffed. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Great coffee/juice bar. A cleaning service so you can drop off and pick up laundry there. Lots of raquetball, basketball, and even tennis courts.
The only bad thing about the Pro Sports Club is that it is hugely expensive. If your employer subsidizes it, go. But if not, that's a LOT of money.

A little-known fact about the Pro Sports Club in Bellevue is that some of their classes (and changing room facilities for the duration of the classes) are actually open to the public, for a slight surcharge over member prices.
For example, many of their tennis classes are open to the public, and avid tennis players can take advantage of the excellent instruction provided by the tennis pros there, including tennis director Paul Moseby and assistant pro Sunny Park, who are both USPTA level 1 certified tennis instructors.
For more info on USPTA certification, see this site:
http://uspta.com/index.cfm/MenuItemID/1627/MenuSubID/278.htm
I have personally benefited tremendously from the instruction of Sunny, and am in the process of raising the level of my tennis game from a NTRP 3.0 to a 3.5 (gotta work on that topspin backhand, rather than just slicing all the time :-) )

Most gyms I have gone to have older equipment, cramped locker rooms, and involve a lot of waiting during peak times. This isn't the case with the Pro Sports Club. The facility is spacious and has plenty of up to date equipment. You can always find the bike or weights you need without having to stand around for half of your workout time. One of my favorite parts of the club is the pair of lap pools. They're in great condition for a good swimming workout. A slight drawback though is the water temperature is kept a little too warm. The locker rooms themselves are downright palatial. Plenty of lockers and showers in an overall roomy space. There's even a nice TV area to catch up on the latest in sports while you cool down from your workout.
The Pro Sports Club does have one drawback, the price. You will certainly pay a pretty penny for the facility and services. One of the main reasons I ended up joining the club awhile ago was that most of the cost was subsidized by my employer. I'm not sure if I would have joined given the initial fee and subsequent monthly cost. If you can get by the high cost then the Pro Sports Club is definitely the place to join.

As a former Microsoft employee, I enjoyed one of the company perks--a paid gym membership. The gym of choice at Microsoft is Pro Sports Club in Bellevue.
While the facility is very nice, and recently completed a major renovation, my biggest gripe with it is, despite the expansion, certain parts of their facilities are far too small. For example, they have four pools, but only one of them is used for lap swimming. The others are multipurpose, or therapy, or lessons, or under 18 swim team. It's very frustrating to come in and want to swim when the lap pool is full, and maybe one person is practicing for swim team but you can't use their pool.
I was also often frustrated with the front desk staff--much of the time they seem more interested in socializing with each other than in offering assistance.
Despite these frustrations, Pro Club is a nice facility--they keep their equipment in good working order, and have a full floor of cardio equipment--treadmills, elliptical trainers and spinning bikes. They have a free weights area as well as a full cadre of weight machines. Personal trainers are available (for a fee). They also offer a variety of classes including strength, spinning, yoga and more. I did find it a little frustrating that most of the classes had a price tag attached--if you're a paying member of the club, this on top of the monthly membership fee would be way too much for me. They also have a weight loss program they call 20-20, which is astronomically priced.
There is an onsite sit-down restaurant upstairs as well as a coffee/smoothie counter at the check-in level. The check-in area can get quite congested as well.
Pro Club added a Spa and Salon during their expansion, and the services are pretty good for the Spa. Each time I've made a salon appointment, however, the person I last saw has completed some other level of training and their rates have increased. Stick with the massages and facials, and you;ll be satisfied, though the feel of the spa itself is a little more gym, less getaway (you share things like your sauna and jacuzzi with the regular women's locker room, for example).
If you've got money to burn, this is the club to belong to.

My husband, as a Microsoft employee, goes to Pro Club for free, so I decided to join also. I had to pay a monthly fee, which is more expensive than someplace like Gold's Gym or 24 Hour Fitness. However, this is a beautiful gym. It is very clean, and there are tons of machines to work out on. You never have to wait to get on a machine, even at peak times. I really enjoyed working out at Pro Club.
I eventually cancelled my membership, however. The reason was that the child care is ridiculously expensive. I have 2 kids to drop off at the day care, and they charge something like $7-8 per hour PER CHILD. I understand that they have a licensed day care center, but this is way too much money for me to pay. If I wanted to go to the gym three times a week and drop off 2 kids, it would cost me a lot of money. Compare this to Gold's Gym in Redmond, who charges $2.50 per child for a two hour session. Needless to say, I'm now a member of Gold's Gym instead.
In short, if you work for Microsoft, and/or don't have kids, Pro Club is wonderful. If you have kids to drop off at daycare, you might want to consider another gym.

This is, hands down, the most amazing club in the eastside. I just read that it is the largest health club in the pacific northwest, and I'd be hard-pressed to find one that fits one's needs so very well. The locker rooms are nicer than my family's living room, the restaurant has three tiers of quality (on the go, regular, and a swanky diningroom I've never had the guts to venture into), and the pools? Well, there are two of them, and they're big. The only con is that they close at eleven, which is pretty early. Skip the valet. Though I suppose you can do it if you have the money left over.

I will concentrate on my two favorite aspects of the club:
1. There are two pools. One for laps, one for free swim. This makes all the difference, because you always have a place to go. Also, the free swim pool is warmer, which is just perfect when you are not exerting as much.
2. The smoothies. They are a benefit and a drawback because are both irrisistable and a bit expensive.
