I have been coming to Elite for almost a year now. I have tried several other trainers and other training studios and programs in the past. A friend of mine recommended Elite Fitness. I have lost thirty pounds, decreased my body fat percentage from 35% to 23%, and I feel stronger in my core than I ever have before. Each person I have trained with has a genuine concern for me and they are very good at helping and holding me accountable to eating right, weighing in, checking up on my goals, and holding me accountable to my workouts on my non-training days. We periodically update and revise my goals and keep the sessions energetic and interesting, so I am always doing different things and working with different personal trainers, which makes it fun, and I know I am working towards something, not just going through the motions for months on end. Another great perk I like is that I often workout at the same time as Jason Mesnick, ABC's "The Bacheor" from the tv show! How is that for motivation?? I used to watch him when he was on "The Bachelorette" and man! I really can tell a major transformation in his body from then to where he is now, it's no wonder his body looks so lean and buff when he has his shirt off....I am sure much of the reason is because he works out with the personal trainers at Elite! Deanna must be jealous now!! Hands down, Elite Fitness has the best trainers and the best exercise program in town. In my opinion, if you are willing to make the investment and put in the effort there is no better solution to get to where you want to go in the shortest amount of time.

I used to be in a professional ballet group 10 years ago and 2 children later I realized I really had to do something to get back in shape and a guide to help me make my workouts successful, achievable, and fun. I found Elite Fitness through Judy's Book - I wasn't sure where to begin being that my family and I just recently moved to Bellevue from San Francisco. The trainers are all excellent and very motivational - they make me feel that I can achieve my goals and give me the motivation I need to stay focused, and it's always a fun experience. In one month of active training I've already dropped one dress size!!! I still have a ways to go, and I've realized I need to not just stay focused on loosing weight, but changing my lifestyle combining the simple but difficult to achieve goal of good diet, aerobic and anarobic regular exercise - forever. I've already realized so many benefits, I feel my body coming back to my former physic, I feel so much better, more capable and more upbeat. Elite Fitness is my guide to making my transition to a better lifestyle during my first few critical months and beyond; they're an excellent group and I'm having a great time in every session! Elite Fitness Bellevue was recommended to me by my physical therapist, who thought they would be better suited to help me get back "into the world", so to speak. His recommendation was completely on mark! Dave and Alex are what I call "thoughtful" trainers. They are not like the guys at the local gym who push the "canned" program. The difference of Elite Fitness is the thought that goes into each and every training session. They take pride in discussing their client's special needs and tailoring the workouts to accomodate them. The results speak for themselves.... I never had much interest in personal training before, but their system of rotating trainers keeps things fresh. They seem to have a knack for pushing me hard, without pushing me over the edge. The people are a pleasure to work with, as their attitudes are always so positive and encouraging….

The trainers are excited to see me, and to help me prepare for any fitness goals I come up with. They target what I want to work on (Lance Armstrong ride!). The days of a trainer who gives the same program to everyone, and who is bored doing it are OVER for me! From the front desk to the trainers, everybody there is doing what they want to be doing, they come up with fun ways to work out, every session is different and they are truly caring. Laurie is helping me with my diet, Alex figured out how to help me work out when I had forgotten my tennis shoes (I love these people!). The facility is clean and comfortable, and I appreciate the privacy I have there…. Amy W
