My daughter has been going to pediatric associates for the last year and has had many sicknesses and ear infections. The only dr I have found at pediatric associates that is ok is Dr. Williams. It seems like we never get an answer to our daughters health issues. Recently I brought my daughter in for a bad cough and rapid breathing and we couldnt get an appt with dr williams we saw dr. kulpa and it was a horrible experience. She was not gentle, caring, and she gave us misleading info, she even said that one of her tubes was missing in her ear (which later we found out wasn't) and brushed off her illness and said to try an inhaler for 2 days....we even asked her to check for Pneumonia b/c we were worried about it. She said to go home. Luckily we didn't listen to her and took her to childrens hospital where she spent 3 days with pneumonia! We will never take her to that dr again and have lost trust with pediatric associates, she could have died if we listened to dr. Kulpa.

The office is nice and kids like to play there every time they come in. But the care needs a change. Nurses should always check temp. for kids who come with 5 day fever,..... they did not do that.... More >
The office is nice and kids like to play there every time they come in. But the care needs a change. Nurses should always check temp. for kids who come with 5 day fever,..... they did not do that. MD spend 10-15 mins for two kids appointments. I think they need to spend more time with patients and provide with a better (more proactive) accessment and pt's care. Not sure if I was to go back there.

My children like the office. There is a large waiting room with a fish tank and a chalk board that keeps them busy but I don't think we've ever had to wait more than 5 minutes. They always squeeze us in for illnesses and can generally get us in quickly for annual exams. The nurses and staff are friendly.
I brought my child in for something that I didn't think was major but it ended up being major. Dr.Robertson got us preregistered for Children's Hospital so we didn't have much of a wait when we got there. The specialists there even commented on what a great job she did getting all of the information over and getting the tests that she could in the office. I highly recommend her in particular.

They always have appointments when I call. The doctors are great and the nurses are too. They have a nice big waiting area and my son LIKES to go to the doctor there. They are good about getting us in when we need an appt that day. They have a nurses line and the Bellevue office is open on weekends. They also have evening hours during flu season. I trust my kids in their care!

I take both of my kids to see Dr. Robertson at Pediatric Associates Factoria, and I couldn't be happier with the care they've received. Dr. Robertson is very friendly, and takes the time to answer all of our questions. The other doctors that my kids have seen have also been very friendly and professional.
The waiting room is very big, with a fish tank that my kids just love to watch. There is also a TV for the kids to watch. The receptionists are very helpful.

My kids go to Dr Uyeno at Pediatric Associates and they love going to the Dr! He is very patient with the kids and really understands how to speak with children and have them listen. He is the Chief of Peds at Overlake so I trust his opinion. He takes the time each appointment and I have never felt rushed. Appointments are easy to get same day if you need them. Parking can be sparse up front but behind the building there is plenty.
