Gregory Bruce Mortensen, DDS - General Dentist

I've been with Greg for over 30yrs and wouldn't go to any-other dentist even if Greg recommended him or her. I wouldn't let anyone else work on my teeth, I guess they'll have to rot. Greg's always done a fabulous job and like I've told him a number of times he can't retire.Besides his mastery of his trade he's got the people personality to go with it, his humor is wonderful so it's been a joy, believe it or not to go to the dentist. Don't know what I'm going to do when he does retire.He's worked on generations of my family and they all feel the same way. Keep it up Greg and don't change. Some people are just RUDE. Can you imagine going to a dentist which you hate going to the dentist anyway and have someone work on you with no personality at all? YUK no thanks. more

Greg Mortenson has been our family dentist since I was about 10 years old (I'm 29 now). He has a great sense of humor, and has always made me feel cared for. Beyond just check-ups, he has also performed surgery on me, including a gum graph and taking all my wisdom teeth out. Even though I live clear up in the North End now, I still drive all the way to Redmond to see this great dentist. Also great are his office administrator, Melissa, and the hygienist I've seen for years, Cindy. Cindy is so gentle, and we always manage to have great conversation in spite of her tools in my mouth most of the time. Highly recommended! more

Finally, I found a Dentist that I wish I had 30 years ago. If so, then I would still have 'all' my teeth today! Fit & finish, and his attention to detail and pain-free dentistry! I called 1-800-Dentist and they recommended him. I've been seeing him for 5 years now and he's awesome. He comes in super early or over weekends for emergencies and one time, I called him during a golf tournament on a Sunday and was STILL able to see me that afternoon! I just recently moved an hour away but I will always schedule my appts with Greg and drive to Bellevue to see him. He's also great at explaining what's going on with me teeth in a way I understand. more

Dr. Mortenson is my husbands dentist and has been for years. His whole family goes to him for all of their dental work. A month ago I fell and had a few of my teeth knocked loose. One of them was almost knocked all the way out. My father-in-law called Dr. Mortensen and he rearranged his appointments right away so he could get me in. Fixed me up with no problems! Hes so sweet and honest. I definately found MY dentist for life! more

I can't imagine going to any other dentist ever again!!! I started to see Dr. Mortenson because my boyfriend recommended him when I was new to the area, 21 yrs ago. My then boyfriend who since became my husband (for the last 20 years) was spot on! I had a pretty traumatic orthodontist experience that I hadn't quite gotten over at 26 when I started with Dr. Mortensen. Dr. Mortensen completely restored my faith in the dentistry industry. He is sincere and caring but yet is frank and honest about treatment options. My two children have only gone to Dr. Mortensen and they love him (now 12 1/2 & 10)! My son would only open his mouth for Dr. Mortensen back when he was 4 and I think it is because he sensed that Dr. Mortensen was a straight shooter and not trying to hide behind some of the "kid friendly' gimicks that were popular at the time. He doesn't preach to you, but will tell you his professional opinion when asked for advice. We never miss our 6 mo. cleaning/check ups and the orthodontist he referred us to for our eldest is wonderful as well (and even after all this time, I was more apprehensive about that treatment than my child getting the braces!). Heaven help me when he decides to retire! more

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Greg for over 20 years and have never been unhappy with his services or the services of his team. For someone with PTSD from childhood, his kindness and gentleness have made me relax and enjoy my visits there. I strongly recommend him to everyone I know. more

Great with my parents, myself, and my child. Our teeth are healthy and intact. Best referral for anything outside of his scope of practice although his experience speaks volumes in how great a dentist he is, I wouldn't go any where else. His practice is as all inclusive as a practice can be and his staff is the best of the best! more

I can't imagine anyone rating Greg below 5 stars. I switched dentists about 4 years ago and have yet to have a bad experience. His diagnosis is reasonable and never tries to do unecessary work. I had him do some cosmetic work on some chipped teeth and the finished product and pricing was excellent. more

Been going to Greg since he bought the practice and have sent many friends and family members to him. He is great with kids and adults. His staff stay with him for years for great continuity. They are very congenial and helpful, working through insurance claims and accommodating our schedules. more

I've been going to Greg Mortenson for years, and I think that he's a great dentist. He's friendly, extremely conscientious, and sensible. He's also knowledgable and willing to answer questions about teeth and gums, a rather sore subject for many of my friends. Call way in advance for an appointment, though -- especially during those summer months. more
