I have been using Sunrise for a couple of years, and I'm finally calling it quits... Every time I go in, they tend to find several fillings to do, and after I do them all, I don't feel like they have actually done all the fillings they told me they would do. Then I ask where they did the fillings, and the numbers don't match! Also, one time, one of my fillings came off after only a few days, and went back into the office to fix it. They told me that they are very sorry that the filling came off and told me that the service was at no cost as they guarantee the fillings for a life time. Then I get a letter from my insurance company, showing the charge they made for the filling they did for the 2nd time! They love to upsell, overcharge, and disappoint the patient. Also, there were many times when I go in for an appointment, I have waited for 1 whole hour from my appointment time to see the dentist. If they were going to make me wait for 1 hour, what's the point of making an appointment???

I had my exam with Dr. Im and he was by far the kindest not to mention well groomed Dentists I Have ever experienced... After having a hack job done to my teeth by Dr Derakshani in Bellevue I decided to try sunrise dental. With many of my fills having to be replaced Dr. Im showed me exactly what was wrong and explained my treatment plan to me. Due to the amount of work that needed to be done I was over whelmed with the cost but was delighted to hear that there was a plan that allowed me to break up the work so I could gradually get the work done. When I had scheduled my final visit he discovered some cavities that were not in my plan to my surprise he filled them then told me that the work was more important then the money he filled my teeth and said whatever my insurance didn’t cover they would take care of. I got the work done and then to top off everything I got free teeth whitening trays... The dental Hygienist Megan was super nice I have a problem remembering names but she left a lasting impression I would recommend this place to anyone cant wait until my daughter is old enough to go here! First you come in to a woman looking like she's dressed for a club in skimpy black dress, then have to wait as she continues to gossip with one of the other office women she hurries and gives you the paperwork and goes back talking to her friend! You could hear the assistants gossiping with eachother while waiting for the doctor, VERY unprofessional! This office is run by high school girls!!!!

My first visit to Sunrise Dental was fantastic! I didn't go in with any expectations and was totally floored by their extremely helpful staff and also by Dr. Im's detailed explanation of my wisdom teeth-filling procedure. So I made a second appointment to come in and get filling done. For the most part everything was normal. However, halfway through my procedure I was getting quite uncomfortable - to the point where I had to throw my hand up and request them to stop. I explained (best I could with my mouth wide open and filled with instruments) that one of the instruments was rubbing against my lip and really hurting. Now, I'm a 28 yr old woman and I've got a fairly high threshold of pain. So when I said it hurt, it really did! What happened next was my weirdest experience at a clinic. Dr. Im seemed to get terribly put off by the fact that I was interrupting him even before he had started. He kept directing all his angry comments towards the nurse - something to the effect of "I can't go on like this" and then he just turns around and faces the wall for the next 5 mins, leaving me with my mouth open and totally bewildered. He somewhat regained his composure and finished up with me and just got up and left. That's right. He just left. No advice on what I need to do, what I need to avoid - nothing. I was quickly (and I do mean quickly!) ushered out by the nurse who kept explaining that it was wisdom teeth, that's why the instruments hurt my mouth during the procedure. But I still don't understand that bizzare reaction from Dr. Im. I'm sorry, but if a dentist has such a short fuse, I don't care for all the flowery talk before the procedure, I'd like him to keep his composure when he's working inside my mouth with a drill! Needless to say, I'm sorry about my experience. I was hoping to leave an A+++ comment out here but after today's encounter I'm just glad I'm out of there in one piece!

It was sunday and I had taken my son to play at the park,he tripped and knocked off his teeth...panicking I was lucky enough that Sunrise Dental open on a sunday. My son was treated by Dr. Abraham Ghorbanian, and this experience had a good ending because my son was taken care of by the very compassionate and professional staff at sunrise. If it wasn't for them I would have a huge hospital bill and hours of waiting in the waiting room only to have a prescription and the suggestion to see a dentist monday. Thank you Dr.Abraham and staff for saving my sons teeth!
