Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever recieved. Dana the manager was so rude & treated me terribly. She couldnt have worse customer service. I wont go in to detail but pretty much everything you shouldnt do...is what she did to me. Could there be a worse time to recieve this kind of treatment...being 3 months away from my wedding? No. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Not only was Dana shockingly rude & inappropiate but you would be lucky to recieve the care & time you truely deserve from any of the employees. JUST AWFUL. Customer service is everything and word of mouth is a strong thing. I am not someone who usually complains but this was deserving of it. From one bride to another...dont choose this place for any of your wedding day needs. Spend your money at a place more worthy of it.

I love Bellevue Bridal, and think I did a post on them right after I bought my wedding dress. A family owned business they are absolutely amazing and friendly. During my subsequent visits for my fitting I discovered their little mark down basket tucked away in the corner of the room. Depending on the time of year you go, there may not be much available. But if find something, it's going to be a ridiculous-amazingly cheap deal. And of course, they also have the regular stock of necklaces, earrings and tiaras that are on a beautiful display.

I recently found and bought my wedding dress at Bellevue Bridal Boutique in Bellevue. What a fantastic find!! From the moment I walked in the door, I was welcomed and felt like I was more than just another customer. While they are small, they have a great selection of dresses for all types, and price ranges. There are no pressure sales, and they made me feel totally at ease. And I HATE girly girl stuff. But I LOVED shopping at Bellevue Bridal.

The dresses in this boutique weren't for my style of wedding, which was a smallish garden wedding. This would be an okay boutique for very formal weddings in churches. However, in general I did not find a whole lot of dresses I really liked. I felt many were out of style, compared to what I was seeing in other shops. It also seemed like a younger crowd there - maybe not for a 32 year old bride like I was.

I should have left once I arrived to find the door is locked to patrons! One must ring in and someone will only let you in with an appointment. This is not a high end jewelry store- its a budget wedding dress retailer! Once I went inside I was amazed at the similiarity of the dresses. They were all in the same color (which is not flattering to most skin tones) and despite the fact that I had made an appointment the sales person was flustered and clearly did not have time to see me. Overall a very disappointing experience.

This is a nice and classy bridal store in Bellevue. They have a wide selection of dresses for the bride and also for formal events. Bridesmaid dresses are also very nice here. The staff are helpful and cheery, eager to help you find a flattering dress for your body shape. Parking is fine and the store is easy to locate.
