InSpa has a great value in their massages (the only service I've ever had at the Bell Square location) - especially since they request that clients not tip. The quality varies greatly with the masseuse. Natalie is fantastic - I always feel great when I leave. Some of the others are not even worth the $64. Whenever I can get an appointment with Natalie I take it. If I can't I usually postpone my massage.

I was happy to see the person doing my pedicure at InSpa in Bellevue Square, open a sealed package for the tools she was going to use on my feet. I can't comment on how well they sterilize the tools, but the fact that they were removed from a seemingly sealed package gave me some comfort. Also, I can't comment on how well they clean the water basins you stick your feet in, I do not know how well, or if they sanitize those between customers.

If you're in need of a little pampering but don't want to spend big bucks, inSpa might just do the trick. A full-service day spa that doesn't cost your full paycheck is a welcome treat! The facility is clean and the staff professional. The manicures, pedicures, massages and facials that I've had have all been wonderful. inSpa has a no tipping policy, which is great for those who never know how much to leave for gratuity. Trust me, they won't take a tip even if you try! They take walk-ins if they can, but I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment, especially on the weekend.
