Worst

Having never had a manicure before, I visited this salon. Jennifer(?) greeted me immediately when I walked in, and set me up for a manicure/pedicure with a couple nice silent girl...

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE 9/17/2012

NEVER again. What a horrible, unfriendly, dirty and unwelcoming place. I had pre booked an appointment. I was met by a very unfriendly woman and TOLD to choose my nail colour. I was given about a minute to do this. I was then pushed into a chair and told that my feet were VERY BAD, VERY BAD. I do take great care with my appearance so was rather taken aback by this. The nail painting of my hands and feet was terrible and the woman put a little squiggle on two finger and two toes, without asking and I was charged an extra £4 for this. No conversation was made and the place was dirty. I had a horrible experience and not a cheap one. Oh, and no one there told me that it is CASH ONLY. more

This is really awesome 4/18/2011

Don't be fooled by Jennifer's "unfriendliness", that's just the way she speaks, and tone to everybody! :) I wish they have one like this here in Seattle. I used to live in downtown Bellevue a few yrs ago and I haven't found anything close llike it here in Queen Anne area. Most people here settle for like #1 Pro Nails which is sooooo sooooo very bad! At Jennifer's the nail polish lasts me at least 3 weeks, no chipping or whatever plus the first time I got introduced on the "flower" designs, it was so cool. I never got that anywhere else. more

THEY SUCK 9/30/2010

totally rude when you go in there unless you are a regular they dont give a hoot about you and are rude and really rough with your hands! more

Terrible Service!! 9/28/2010

I've been to Jennifer's Nails a handful of times. This time I was dressed down in work out clothes. I've paid for my pedicure using checks before and I was never once questioned until this last time. They asked me if I've been there before and I said "Yes" and she said, "Do you have a credit card instead?" She didn't want to take my check because she's never seen me before. Jennifer embarrassed me in front of everyone. They also charge a $1.00 for running credit cards. As I walked out she said "Sorry maybe we will take it next time." I will NEVER go back or refer this place to anyone. If I was dressed up in my work clothes I bet you they would have taken my check as they did before. more

Not too bad 10/8/2008

I have been to Jennifer Nails four times. They are always very busy, but will fit you in asap. The person who greets you is not very friendly, but not rude either. The manicures and pedicures that I have had are well done and the prices are reasonable. The girls who do the nails are nice, but they don't talk much. One nice perk, that other places like this one don't do, is that you get a nice little arm and shoulder massage. more

Uuhhh......What........ 7/12/2008

Absolutely horrible service! When we walked in "Jennifer", supposedly, said, "what you want?" in this hard accent with an extremely rude tone. Being it was the first time my friend and I had been there we were just trying to figure out what the prices where and what to do. So then she just pointed to the chairs and told us to sit down. When we finally did got called to get out nails done. The women spoke VERY broken English and it was almost impossible to understand what she was asking me. And if I didn't answer quick enough she would just make up her own answer and gave me something I didn't want. Then suddenly in the middle of the service the women said, "You pay me now!" I was like, "Uuuuhh.....Ok........". When it was time for my friend to pay, the women started looking through her purse that was on the table looking for the money. What kind of person looks through their customers purse?!?!?!? We were completely shocked! DON'T EVER GO HERE!!! more

Great Nail Place 3/12/2007

I have been going to Jennifer's Nails for a few years now, I love their work. I have been to other places, and my acrylics would fall off. Jennifer herself is probably one of the best in the industry, she does great nails. If you go there, try to see if you can get Jennifer to do your nails!! I rate this place high on the scale!! more

Great pedicures at a great price! 8/17/2006

I love Jennifer's Nails on Bellevue Way. Sometimes there is a wait because they don't really take appointments; even if you call. But it is worth it because they do a fantastic job. If you are looking to have a conversation while getting your pedi, you might want to go somewhere else though. I like it because I can sit back relax and not have to worry about making up small talk. Plus they massage your feet/legs for about 10 minutes...feels great. more

Too Quiet 7/8/2006

Having never had a manicure before, I visited this salon. Jennifer(?) greeted me immediately when I walked in, and set me up for a manicure/pedicure with a couple nice silent girls. Trying to ask a question got a smile and a nod. They asked a couple times what I wanted, did the manicure/pedicure quickly and quietly. Jennifer asked for payment while it was getting finished, sent me to dry, and that was it. No 'come back again' 'bye' anything. I thought it was a little odd, but they did a decent job on my nails, and the pedicure+massage felt very nice. I will likely go back again. more

Worst Nail Salon! 6/30/2006

Yesterday I had the displeasure of trying out Jennifer's Nail Salon, BIG MISTAKE. First of all, I get there 5 minutes early for my APPOINTMENT and get ignored and passed up for a woman that just walked in, so I had to remind them that I was there for an appointment. The owner, Jennifer, who I must say probably never smiles points at a chair and tells me to "sit there". No "hello", no "how can I help you?" nothing, so being that I was in a desperate position I chose to stay. The girls that helped me were sweet, but had to ask me 3 times what it is that I wanted, hmmm, I didn't think French Manicures were such a rare request. Once this horrible experience was over I was walked over to the "drying area" and was never approached again. So, yeah the pedicures are cheap, but so is the service! If you're looking to be ignored, snubbed at and insulted, you should totally try this place out! I'd rather spend that extra $5 and go somewhere else, like a place that has REAL human beings. more

Great Nail Salon 12/26/2005

This is a great nail salon if you want to pamper yourself but not spend $60 at a real spa. You can get your nails done in reasonable amount of time (although pedicures take longer than manicures), and they even give great foot and leg massages for almost 10 minutes (if you're having a pedicure done). There sometimes is a wait, even if you call ahead, but the price is extremely reasonable. There is plenty of parking and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this facility. more

Cheap Pedicures! 6/15/2005

If you like the relaxing effects pf a good spa pedicure but you are in a hurry, or would like to save money, definitely consider Jennifer's Nails on Bellevue Way. A regular pedicure is only $20, and the girls there massage each leg/foot for 5-10 minutes! It feels great, it's good quality, and the price is right! more
