This place is in between therapy and luxury. I would say serves both in limited contexts. They don't seem to be very focussed for either side so makes them the kind who would be visited by either first timers or novices. But after the visit I have been able to differentiate! :) The massage is definitely good and therapeutic as well. So worth the money you spend. If you have specific preferences then this might not be the place. The service is average and the prices are just reasonable.
PROS: Avg price and service
CONS: Not focussed on luxury spa or therapy spa

I use to go to Corfit and was sad when they closed their doors. I have found a new place that rates if not the same or better.... Klein Massage and Day Spa(look them up on City Search). It is located right down the street in Cedar Park Office Park. I had a Massage, Facial and Pedicure. The space was decorated beautifully and the staff was kind and helpful. I was very impressed and afterwards very relaxed.
I will be telling all my friends and family to make an appointment TODAY for all their spa services.
Pros: Quite, Pricing, Staff
Cons: off the beaten path

I love Eastside Message Therapy! I have had shoulder pain for a long time due to my work (8 hours sitting in front of the computer), and after visiting them for 10 sessions, my pain is almost gone. Every session is around 30 minutes, and they have various modalities and techniques depending on my pain. Highly recommended to people like me.

Corfit touts itself as a therapeutic spa, so don't expect a lot of luxury and pampering. It's housed in a complex right near the freeway and there's a lot of freeway noise in the treatment rooms. The whole complex looks like some kind of office park or doctor's office, but at least parking is easy to find.
The spa waiting room is tiny as are the treatment rooms. Massages are well-done here, but you need to specify that you want relaxation or the therapists will talk to you the entire time. (A pet peeve of mine.)
They have specials for first-time customers, which makes trying them out a pretty good deal. You can also buy packages of massages to save money.
Not bad, but not a pampering experience like some of the other high-end spas in the area.

Although I'm used to the spas at Gene Juarez, Aveda, Sanctuary Spa, and Salish Lodge, the massages at Corfit definitely rival the ones at these high-end spas. It is not a huge spa with Zen-like fountains and rock gardens, Vichy showers, or Japanese soaking pools. Corfit is in an office park, but they have done an excellent job of creating a relaxing and lovely atmosphere. The staff are helpful and gracious. If you are lucky enough to have Mia, then you've won the massage Lotto! If you have a Microsoft discount, you get 15-20% off all their treatments. If you need a 2 1/2 hour spa escape with all the bells and whistles, by any means, go to a Gene Juarez. But if you just want a fantastic massage and are more open-minded about the low-key atmosphere Corfit has, then give it a try. You'll end up being a regular.
Pros: Prices, Mia's hands, MSFT discount
Cons: Location, No spa "frills"

I was really impressed by this place. I got a gift certificate for a spa facial and pedicure at CorFit for my b-day. I made an appt. and didn't really know what to expect. Mark - the owner is an absolute gem (he did my zen facial) and makes you feel like your well being is the most important thing in the world. A woman did my pedicure and was fantastic. The decor is totally cool and you leave there feeling destressed and again able to face this stressful world. The fact that it is in a business office setting didn't bother me but I guess some of the snobs might complain. I think CorFit is a wonderful escape and the owner has done so much to make this a wonderful retreat. Highly recommended! I cannot wait to go back.
Pros: excellent service, neat atmosphere, professionals!

I've been to Gene Juarez twice and InSpa three times and this place beats both of them in every category. Sure, it's a bit of a shock to go from an office building exterior to what you see in their waiting room, but it's a pleasant distraction. My therapist was Alicia and she's one of the overall nicest people I've ever met. She seemed to genuinely care about my well-being and that's something I rarely get at massage places. I was also there for an exfoliation, as well, and the woman I met during that treatment was also very nice. I'm going back as soon as I can.
Pros: location, service, price

The services were overall quite good but the location includes freeway noise and creaky floors. The old office building feeling is hard to escape with the ceiling grid above and having to cross the hall for the restrooms. Highly recommend the facial and massage. The scrub and wrap are probably better done at a larger spa.
Pros: Intimate, Small
Cons: Freeway noise, Limited facilities
