I had been looking to have permanent eyeliner done all around the Seattle/Bellevue area. Finally I found a place that had reasonable prices AND made me feel at home. Tanya did my eyeliner and did a great job. It looks very natural and didn't even hurt much at all. It was totally worth it. I happened to get an appointment during their opening celebration so it was $75 off their normal price. The price also includes a free touch up . I would highly recommend this place! Pros: clean office, friendly staff, great prices Cons: none that I know of....

I decided to go here to get a partial set of eyelash extensions during their grand re-opening week. I was booked right away for Saturday. So my appointment is at 1:15....I get there about 1:05, there is no one at the reception desk when I enter. So I sit down and wait for someone to come greet me. At 1:20, I was tired of waiting, because it looked like no one was coming, I decided to knock on one of the closed doors behind which I knew there were people because they kept on talking and laughing. I swear they were just gossiping in there. Finally, the door opens, and I ask the lady , Angela, when I was going to be helped, she just told me to wait. Ok, so I go back and sit down and wait. Her and another client comes out. The client leaves, and then it's my turn. Did I get an apology for waiting? NOPE. I have a feeling that if I didn't knock, I would have never been helped! After about an awkward 40-45 minutes of lying down, due to the WONDERFUL (yeah right!) eyelash lady who barely tried to make conversation with me......good thing I was trying to talk to her or else it would have been even worse! Once the eyelash extensions were done, I admit, they did look nice. But today is Wednesday, I got the eyelashes done on Saturday, and 50% of the lashes on one eye is gone! I thought they were suppose to last 2-3 weeks, it is not even 1 week yet! I followed all the rules they told me to, such as not getting the lashes wet for 24 hours, not using mascara, etc, and now, I look super funny because one eye has about 50% of the lashes, and the other about 70% of the lashes remain! So sadly my experience sucked, I will never go back. I don't know if she wasn't an expert at applying lashes, because apparently, they are falling off rather quickly. What a waste of my money! Just because it was a grand re-opening special (discounted price) doesn't mean the quality should be any less! And Angela needs to learn some good customer service! I've been getting lashes for a long time and have been to some horrible eyelash extension places in Seattle (where the customer service was horrible and the lashes weren't that great). Since I recently moved to Bellevue, I needed another place to get my lashes done. While looking up lash extension places in Bellevue, I wasn't satisfied with how most people answered their phones but Jennifer was very kind and friendly and convinced me to come to Advance Skin and Body. ginger was my lash technician and we was SO fast and quick. I've never seen anyone get the extensions so close to my eyelids before and absolutely LOVE THEM! I've had partial fills that took 1.5 hours but here, everything was quick and easy. I've booked 4 more appointments for future and hope for more great experiences! I highly recommend this place! Pros: quality of service, time, and overall comfort

The skin and body treatments at this spa seem to have a better effect than other places I've gone. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was bubbling with joy and courtesy, they even had some snacks out. The environment in the room was relaxing, and there is alot of natural daylight which most places lack. The technician who treated me took the time to examine my skin and explain what she saw while she was treating me. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, and the results are truly amazing from microderm and synergy. I look a decade younger, so say my friends. I've been going to them every three weeks for eyelash fills ever since. My lashes look very pretty and natural, but very long! I'm pretty certain I'm addicted for life! A couple of weeks ago, I tried the synergie cellulite treatment. They offered the first one free! I saw results right away so I booked my next appoitnment. I've had 4 treatments so far and love what it is doing for my body just in time for my spring vacation. I've been to lots of spas, but I really like the uniqueness of this cute place. the staff is friendly, inviting, and they really care that you have a good experience. The owner told me that if I wasn't happy with the lashes, she would give me my money back. This never happened because I love my lashes, but I thought it was great that they offered this guarantee. The staff here is very friendly and attentive. The additude is casual not snobby. They offer some services that are hard find elsewhere. The Synergy body treatement, for example, is not widely available. I recommend buying a package for this as several regular treatments are needed to see a difference. But if you committ to do them they do help you look more toned.
