I am very pleased with the way they handled my visit. Even though the tow truck arrived a little late, I was pleasantly surprised to see auto repair business with this much customer service. My car was fixed within two days and the price was good. They chose less expensive repair to fit my budjet. I am very happy and trust them with all my heart.

I received a coupon in the mail and received brake work.I must say that make brakes have never felt better they were very informative and showed me the old parts and installed honda parts for a fraction of what the dealer wanted.I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will bring our car back for the timing belt that is needed. I would highly recommend.

I have been going to "Mr. Tint & Sun" for over 10 years, but I just got tired of the bad attitude from the owner who got very complacent from all the referrlas he was getting from the local luxory shops (BMW, Mercedes, Acura, etc).
After checking around, they guys at Accutint came up in a referral and so I decided to give them a try.
They did an EXCELLENT job and even gave me a ride home while they worked on my BMW. Everyone was super cool, professional and I really appreciated the drive home (I dont know if they offer this as a regular service) but they did for me that day.
I highly recommend them.

I had my windows tinted here and they did a great job. There was a bit of a scheduling mishap when I made reservations a week in advance but when I showed up they were busy on another car and did not acknowledge my appointment until they were done with that car first.
They redeemed themselves by doing a great job with my car and were professional from there on out.

accutint has done several vehicles for me and my friends. we all take our cars there and send our friends there - they tinted the windows on my boys boat, too. any problems with any of the work done has always been resolved at no charge, regardless of the type of service. I will continue to refer my friends :-)
Pros: great service, great product
Cons: the hottie isn't at the counter anymore :(

I wanted to write a reveiw and let you know how thankful I am for all of the help I received. It was so refreshing to get a car for such an awesome deal and not get ripped off for once. I have definitely had my share of some major ???upside down?? moments and the deal I received at Acura of Bellevue was quite amazing. Everyone there was extremely friendly and I could not have asked for anything more. Jim was very helpful in the initial car finding, car costs, and the game plan for the day I was to come in. I really felt taken care of. Alan was absolutely awesome with showing me the ins and outs of the car like setting up Bluetooth. I really left feeling like I knew how to operate the car. Kim was so sweet and friendly during the signings and financial portion of the day. My husband and I are looking into buying an SUV in the next year and I would definitely love to come back to Acura of Bellevue. Thank you all again so much for your kindness and assistance. I will never choose to buy

I have been a long-time customer of Acura of Bellevue (about 12 years). They have always been quick to react to my needs and are very attentive. I like the fact that many of their service department employees have been around for a long time. For me, they know I will voice my opinion about things I don't like so they are nice to me. :) Or at least I like to think so. Maybe they are nice to everyone. They have a nice, clean waiting area and last time I checked they have free lattes, espresso and apples! Quality service overall.

I have known the owner Ken since before he opened his own auto repair. He's an honest person with an aptitude for his work. They have done alignments and body work for us numerous times. Although they are very busy it is rarely difficult to get an appointment.
They also do custom work like chop tops and lowering.
