I have never been more pleased with customer service than at Lucky Brand Jeans. Upon entering the store a man approached me very gently and non-obtrusively and asked if he could help me find a pair of jeans. Checking out his immaculate outfit, I agreed, and he right away guessed my size and brought only one pair of jeans to my dressing room after asking what style I was looking for (casual, night-out etc). The singular pair he brought was the perfect pair. He had accurately assessed my sizing with just a glance and brought me the most flattering pair of jeans in the store. As Paris Hilton would say "That's hot." It's been a year since that purchase and these jeans are still my weekend staple and in perfect condition.
