just wanted to share some information about Creative Children's Center in Beaverton. My son has been going there since he turned 2 and we love the school. CCC is Oregon's largest parent-child cooperative preschool and Kindergarten. They actually have programs from 2 to 6 years of age. I love being a part of my son's school experience and my husband actually parent helps once a month, so he gets to have his own special time with my son at school. It's been fantastic seeing my son become an independent child. He loves school and wants to go everyday! They also have great weekly summer camps available for 3-10 year olds.

I really like this place. I had the opportunity to spend an afternoon there when I first moved to Oregon. Having worked with children before I was trying to get a feel for what was being offered in the area. I had heard about Creative Children's Center and was eager to investigate. The site is simply beautiful. It was so nice in fact I wished that I had small children simply so that they could go there. It was well kept and clean and the kids seemed to be happy. The classrooms were also nice. The whole place is set up with the concept that children are creative beings and are encouraged to explore their creativity while in care. Some of the teachers were more pleasant than others. But that is to be expected at any school. Creative Children's Center offers kids the chance for painting, art, quilting, drama and lots of other things where they can flex their imagination muscles. Highly recommended.
