WHAT CAN I SAY? LOVE IT! LOVE IT! MOST PROFFESIONAL, BEAUTIFUL,FUN(YET RELAXING) PLACE TO GO ON L.B.I. I've been visiting the island for over 15 years and have continued to be a loyal customer of Simply Hair ever since I first set foot in the place.They recently updated the salon and it looks beautiful.All of the operators are top notch.(Very friendly and talented people.) As for massage and facial services ,they are better than ever.....CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK THERE THIS SEASON!

It's probably the largest day spa on the island, but biggest doesn't mean the best. Although the services are enjoyable, the prices can be high, and I've received other services elsewhere that were more thorough, in a more aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. On a rainy day, be prepared to have to fight for an appointment, but regardless of the weather, you should call at least a few days in advance for an appointment.

This is a hidden gem on LBI -- a place to work out, with or without a trainer, right on the Island. This place has wonderful trainers and excellent classes . This gym is available for daily or longer term clients. Knowledgeable and friendly staff offer classes that include spin, weight training, aerobics, yoga, bosu, kick boxing and more. The place is small so it sometimes fills up in the mornings but late morning and afternoon is generally lightly used.
Clean and well managed.
I am stronger and can run forever after training regularly there.

Mario's barber shop, in a new location in recent years, is a great place to go when you know that that mop on the top of your head is getting a little too long. Mario, and his son Mario, is there from early in the morning until late in the afternoon, ready to cut your hair and strike up an intersting conversation in the process. As the best barber shop on the island, Mario's is almost always loaded with people, but it's definitely worth the wait, and they have many interesting magazines to read while you wait.
