I have been eating at COTE for almost 10 years now and i'm never disappointed eating here. All the food is great however i must order wings every time i go here now because there too delicious to pass up on. In the past i had the breakfasts as well which are really yummy though. I've tried almost all the sauces for the wings and the best in my opinion are santos, bee sting, killer bee sting, garlic, bbq, pretty much all of them although it depends on how hot you like them. i haven't been able to try ludicrous because the time i tried to order it i was still a kid and they wouldn't let me lol. The staff has always been friendly especially the owner who is a real awesome guy. He talks to all the customers and my first time there told us the story of the restaurant, real classy guy who hires a good staff. No complaints from me here! they definitely got the best wings on the island if not the state and likely the best breakfasts too, if you're in the area i highly recommend eating here. Peace! The Chegg is my favorite restaurant and hang out. I'm a local and in the summer the Chegg is the only place that I don't mind waiting for a table. Wednesday wing nights are the most fun (3.00 for a plate of wings... about half the everyday price). The employees are friendly and the food is the best on Long Beach Island.
