Empress Travel, in Bayport, is a great agency, who will work with you to meet your needs. They worked with my wife and I to find us the best honeymoon possible, and we had the time of our lives!!
Our needs were put first, and we got the schedule we wanted for the price we wanted.
We could have booked ourselves for around the same price, but we never would have made the right choices regarding airline schedules, and which level of accommodation was (and wasn't) worth paying for.
I highly recommend this friendly and helpful agency.

There is not much my father didn't show me about cars. I learned how to change my own oil, brakes, fluids, etc. My brother and I learned how to upkeep a car and keep in working condition.
Certain things, however, should be left to the pros.
My dad trusted Venero motors for all of his muffler and engine block problems for as long as I can remember. We brought my first car in, thinking we would need a complete exhaust overhaul, but just needed a new manifold, which they promptly installed for parts + $25. I had my car back in 3 hours. They are friendly, efficient, and answered all of our questions.

Mr Video is a great video store, that puts the national chains to shame.
They have a great selction of new releases, but I like the fact that they have alot of older movies that I enjoyed while growing up. The chains don't seem to care as much about having those in stock.
Mr Video also has a very good selection of video games.

Mr. Geoghan has great people working for him. They help make alot of things better when you are dealing with the annoying subject of insurance.
I hate talking about, dealing with and paying insurance. But since I have to, I deal with Mr Geoghan and his freindly team. I had car insurance with them for 8 years prior to my move to Manhattan, and they helped keep the costs down as much as possible.

Four Seasons used to be a treasure. I went there often for pedicures and manicures. However, the last time I went, I was rushed through, the woman doing my nails cut me, and the staff basically ignored me until it was time to pay.
I’m not sure what has happened to this salon, as it’s all the same people working there, but I wouldn’t recommend it, and I haven’t been back.

Dr. Ruddy is a wonderful physician. She is a general practitioner. Her office I located on Montauk highway in Bayport.
Despite Dr. Ruddy being wonderful, I’ve left the practice. She cut her hours back to only one day a week, and it was next to impossible to get in to see her unless you called far, far in advance. The rest of the time you were left to see the Physician’s assistant. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone who actually wants to see a doctor when ill.

This nursery on Montauk highway truly has it all for the avid gardnener. They have bulbs, annuals, bushes, trees, you name it! They also have water features, statuary and all types of decorative items for your garden and yard. They are family owned and operated by Bayport residents.
The down side is the prices. You can almost always get a better deal on the same or similar item elsewhere. The service it top notch, and the staff is very knowledgable. A good choice if money is no object.

We took my cat there to have him declawed and they took such wonderful care of him. Now they are our vet of choice and always call to remind us of his upcoming shots. We used to board him there when ever we went away but he is such a great loving cat that they have adopted him into being the house cat so we no longer board him there he just lives there for those days. THey are all such great people.

Acme Pizza is located on Montauk highway, in a strip mall. The décor consists of all things relating to the Acme Company from Warner Brother’s cartoons. There is seating for about 15-20 people. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is good.
They offer pizza, subs, pasta, garlic knots, and lots of other Italian specialties. They also offer delivery service for those who don’t want to go and pick up their food.
