My parents began buying from this company before they moved to their current location and could not be happier. Every item that they have bought has been high quality merchandise at very reasonable prices.
If an item breaks, the store sends someone out to fix it that day or the next.
I love not having to wait a week or so to have someone come out.
The staff knows their customers by name, and everyone is greeted upon entering.
PROS: Great Customer Care, High Quality Products at Reasonable Prices

Their waiting area is always PACKED because of people having to wait to get in on time. This is unsatisfactory. If you are going to give someone an appointed time to be there you should do your best to meet that time.
