One of the great things about Baltimore is that it is great to WALK or run in. It's easier then driving everywhere you need to go and the exercise is good for you. For the person who is in to exercise and cross-training this store is a great find. They have a really helpful staff and a great product selection. When I went there last time I had one sales person spend a half hour with me trying to find the right type of shoe for me and never once did I feel like I was an inconvenience. Great store to shop at for walking/running gear!

They are also active in the community, sponsoring local runs and the like. Additionally, they provide information about running clubs and races.

One of the great things about Baltimore is that it is great to WALK or run in. It's easier then driving everywhere you need to go and the exercise is good for you. For the person who is in to exercise and cross-training this store is a great find. They have a really helpful staff and a great product selection.
