Amicci's is a great place to visit if you're in the mood for good Italian food, but don't want to spend too much for it. The decor is nice and casual, the menu is much less expensive than other restaurants in the area, and the food is fantastic. Particularly great--the tortellini. Their service is very good; food arrives speedily, and everyone is very courteous. Only drawback--there can often be a wait, as this place tends to be very popular.

Amicci's is a gem of an Italian restaurant, hidden in Little Italy. Prices are very, very reasonable, and the restaurant prides itself on its casual service; by that, I mean that you can wear jeans and not feel out of place. The food is comparable with any of the other restaurants in Little Italy at a fraction of the the cost. I really like the colorful decor, too. Just be warned that this place is no secret-- on weekends, you could find yourself waiting quite a while for a table.

If you've been to Little Italy, chances are you have been to Amicci's. Amicci's advertises itself as being a VERY casual place to eat...and they are. The food is some of the best italian I have had without having to pay a ton for it. I have eaten other places in Little Italy, but keep ending up at Amicci's. Voted one of Baltimore's best cheap eats several years in a row!
