This place is awesome, I've never had a technician explain everything and talk about options for fixing the car. They are courteous and fast! I've dealt with a lot of shady repair shops in Baltimore and need to look no further. Just call and talk to Mike!
Pros: Explanations, speed, they call you and email you, the customer is valued.

As I was checking the oil the auto shut off failed and pumed 6 gallons of gas onto the pavement. I was charged the extra 12.00 dollars and told the owner would call me. No call yet! Ruined a pair of shoes as well. Not very happy! I'm GASSED!!!

I think this is the best service I've ever had at an auto shop! (Believe me, I've been to tons!) Mike and his team were friendly, efficient, not overpriced and Mike himself really took the time to explain everything to me. I really felt taken care of.....thanks guys!
