The Baltimore City Paper gives thumbs up to Bill's Moving. Bill personally responds to all inquiries and attends all jobs. If you give him a description of your move, he'll give you an up front estimate of the costs. He charges by the hour, not weight. There is no need for a "home visit" to assess your move. This is for local moves only as I understand it. The prices seem very reasonable, especially in comparison to getting a UHaul and paying a bunch of local neighborhood kids who don't do this for a living. If you're not in the market for a so-called professional mover and you do not want to go it along, try Bill's Moving.
