We waited a good hour or so, but why not walk around a bit before you stuff yourself with the best cinnamon roll, french toast, biscuits and cool staff. Good size portions to satisfy the long hunger. Thanks Gina, It was worth the trip from VA! We will be back.

I was visiting Baltimore for a business meeting and several of my co-workers suggested Sabatino's from previous trips to the city. I was NOT disappointed. I was greeted by a friendly host at the front door, seated immediately and served by a very attentive waiter. I had a Bookmaker Salad which was delicious. My Veal Cacciatore was perfectly tender in a wonderful and obviously freshly prepared marinara sauce with just the right texture. My side order of penne vodka was served al dente - as it should be - and it was really tasty, too. I travel frequently for business and dine out often. If my travels bring me anywhere near Sabatino's in the future, I will definitely be back!
Pros: great food, reasonable prices, big portions, friendly staff

I've been to all the Ruth's Chris Steak House location in Baltimore - Water Street & Pier 5 and they are GREAT! Service is outstanding and food is always consistent and delicious.
Currently they are offering a 3 Course Meal on Sunday & Monday's for $35.95. Its a great deal that is running in conjuction with the 15th Anniversary in Baltimore! Check it out!

Even though the chips and salsa are served on old hubcaps...they are not to be passed up (and don't worry they are lined). The place is rather small, so be prepared to wait a while for a table especially on the weekends. It's worth the wait. The food is great and portion sizes are huge. Make sure you take it all in, the best part about this place is all of the Baltimore hon memorbilla around the place on the walls.

located in an old rowhome - matthews serves pizza that can only be described as heavenly! and it is consistantly awesome. there is a small bar located in the basement so you can have a drink while you wait for a table... it is a local legend - you will never leave hungry or disappointed

I have never been a big pizza person until I visited Matthew's Pizzeria in Baltimore City. A small little restaurant off of Eastern Ave, serving some of the greatest pizza pies for over 40 years! Thick crusts, you pick your cheese, and the toppings list just goes on and on. They even have a crab pizza!! Carry out is also an option as well as ordering ahead (sometimes they are extremely busy and if you put in your order ahead of time, it's ready when you get there). Uncooked, frozen pizzas are also available.

I've only eaten here a few times but I've always enjoyed it. The menu is not your typical coffee shop or diner menu and there are tons of unique and interesting bits of decor all over the place, but not that kind of manufactured crazy look that TGIF does. This is more like they raid thrift shops regularly for funny stuff to display. It's worth a visit just to look at all that stuff. The food was pretty good and service was good.
