I brought two shirts there for a simple alteration (shortening). One of them turned out alright, but the hem on the other was done very poorly (uneven and some double stitched segments). I asked that they redo it, but when I came back a couple days later, the guy told me it was the best the seamstress could do (it looked like no attempt was made to fix the hem line). I wasn't offered any refund either.

I needed a dress hemmed, so I took it over to the tailor at St. Paul Cleaners. Although the seamstress did a good job, the room was pretty darn musty and dirty. When I needed to change into the dress, I was ushered into a back room; thank goodness I had brought a friend along. The service overall was fine, but I think they could use a major overhaul on their cleanliness and image.

If you are in dire need of a dry cleaner, the St. Paul Cleaners will work. However, my brief experience with their tailor seemed a little shady. The staff was very friendly, but the shop was very dingy and made me worried about leaving my bridesmaid dress to be altered. With the plethora of shops nearby, I say skip this one unless you're desperate.
