I was going here for 3 years it has a big doctor turnover, This place is ok if you don't have insurance or have a lot of free time but if you have no free time or have insurance it go somewhere else, Phone tag with every call, wait times are bad, Cattle call in waiting room, Loss of blood-work was the last straw there are better services out there i have found, try it out see if you get the same results but i don't recommend it

I've been a CB patient (with insurance) for over 2 years. Generally getting appts is easy, which is nice. Doing anything else over the phone with them is painful. Their referral office is extremely non-responsive. A simple Rx refill call can easily result in endless phone tag. The health care assts are very friendly. I've seen 3 doctors and 1 PA and have been content with 2 of them. Busy office.

This place is great. It is geared towards the queer community but is respectful towards any client. I have been using their services for over 5 years. They provide case management, take so many types of medical insurance, if you are lucky to have insurance and if you are not, they help work with the city and state agencies to get you coverage, dental services, psychological services, pharmacy services, nutrition, etc. It is an all in one type of place. They also have two locations, one in Mt. Vernon and the other in Pikesville. I highly recommend this place, especially for non-heterosexuals.
