It is in an old building..I saw several doctors for the last 12 months, but I will not recommend this place. Impossible to get an appointment, nobody followed up on my blood works, walk-in has to wait for at least an hour . Can't find anything good to say about this place

Though I have liked both of my primary care physicians, if it wasn't for the fact that this practice is close to my work and I don't have a copay there, I would not use UM family medicine. The front desk staff can be downright rude. You are ONLY allowed to schedule your appointment 24 hours ahead of when you want to see the doctor (which is better than having to wait weeks to get an appointment, but can be a pain when you want to plan a little more ahead). Many doctors only have hours once or twice a week. However, I have always felt that the care I received was quite good and I trust the doctors. Because UMMC is right there you know that they have a great hospital backing them up. They also feature walk in service.
