I used to use Jimmy's cab service a fair amount. Often when you try to call for a pickup, their line is busy and you have to call a number of times before getting through. They also frequently had long wait times, and would take longer than they said it would to get to me. A few times, i scheduled a pickup and a cab was never sent, and I had to call again to schedule another pickup.

This is one of the better cab company’s in the Baltimore area. Most of the cabs have their own GPS navigation system so even the fresh off the boat drivers can’t get lost! In addition, they are usually pretty quick with getting to you and as someone else said on here they get your name over the phone so no one can steal your cab.

We used them once,and it was substandard. The driver talked entire ride,car smelled like a ashtray and he took the long way to where we needed to go.It was still cheaper then the other cab company,but I'd rather pay more to lose the ambiance.Just have to hope we do not need a cab again int he future,if we do I won;t be calling this company.
