We called up this tow company to have our car taken home -- a flatbed tow truck showed up within about 20 minutes and loaded the car without any problems. The truck was an extended cab so our entire family (2 adults, 1 child with carseat) were able to go home with the car at the same time (although it was a tight fit). I didn’t like that the driver had a passenger (his wife) in the truck with him so we had to ride in the back of the extended cab tow. The inside of the truck was littered with well, litter. The driver and his wife were friendly and polite on the drive. One thing we didn’t like was that their advertisement indicated we could pay with a credit card and we arranged for the pickup; once the driver showed up though and we were driving home and we confirmed how much it would be, etc. he said we had to pay cash! Thank goodness we had enough cash on us to cover the cost of the tow or I don’t know what we would have done. He acted surprised that the dispatcher hadn’t told us that (when in fact the dispatcher said credit would be fine) so I would rate their company’s communication very poor.
