Books, Bagels and Beans has changed...drop the "books" part, they've remodeled and it's got a whole new feel to it. They've still got good coffee and items to eat and eliminating the books really opened the store up for more comfortable seating.

Thank you so much for the quaint atmosphere, awesome waiter, and delectable food! If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely stop in for another delicious meal. This was a 5 Star experience! I had the French Toast. Yummmmmmmmm! Bacon is really good. I had to order an extra side of it, cause my family was eating all of my bacon!

The menu will please even the pickiest eater, and the selection is on par with a high-quality downtown Seattle restaurant. Well-executed, this restaurant is both a destination and a respite from the mundane.

When we first had trees and stumps removed this is who we used. Big mistake. You get what you pay for. There is still a stump in the yard that he said he would come back and grind for us and never ever has. Most of the people he has working for him are not reliable and sometimes questionable. I wish we would have gone with a more professional company

I visited Cake twice and have vowed never to return. Though the clothing and atmosphere was good, the customer service was non-existent. On both visits to the store, I felt as though the staff was going out of their way to ignore me. Repeatedly, several sales girls passed within a few feet of me, while organizing the racks, looked directly at me and said nothing. Not even a smile or 'hi.' Another instance I was admiring a pair of earrings in a glass case and would like to have tried them on had the girl behind the case acknowledged me. Alas, I was ignored again. The Cake girls should learn that the products alone will not keep customers coming back. It's the overall experience of shopping there, including a friendly staff, that earns repeat customers.
