Good: My favorite thing about this dental office is that I never dread my appointments. Everyone is consistently friendly (more than just courteous) and pleasant. Everyone smiles. All of the care I have received here has been excellent. Everyone who provides this care, dentists and hygienists, always takes adequate time to explain things to me, pays attention to my concerns & answers my questions. When there are treatment options those are discussed with me so that I can participate in making the plan.. Bad: I needed more space for what I did like. I don't need 512 spaces for what I didn't like. I cannot recall anything I didn't like.. Improvements: I don't know of any improvements they could make. Clone the office?. Other: It is such a happy and calm place to be. Even before you enter the office you park in a lot that is adjacent to extensive gardens around the building. During one visit I had a view of the birdbath and saw about a dozen varieties of birds, plus the deer. Today, when the sound of the drill was bothering me, they provided a CD player and headphones. They are always very concerned about managing pain in the best way for me. I really recommend this office..

We have received excellent dental care from Dr. Hewett and her team. Front-desk people are friendly, greeting us by name at the door. The clinic is located in a historical home, renovated to preserve the period influences and so is far more comfortable than the usual dentist clinic. The surrounding gardens are beautiful, a destination in themselves.

For gentle dental care she is a nice dentist. Getting past her very rude staff is another story. I have had more than one rude encounter with the receptionist until I finally decided to go elsewhere. If the front desk isn't nice then why bother. You usually end up waiting a long time to get seen and of course you get to hear the drilling.
