I have a Lorden installed heating system in my home and the workmanship is great. They put a top-of the line system in the house that seems very efficient. I've also purchased my home heating oil from them on the pre pay plan the last 2 falls. I shopped around and found out that they had the best prepay price by far. I even needed oil before the program was slated to start and the owner picked up the phone and personally talked to me and gave me oil at my pre pay price which was lower than the August market price! It's good to see that small business owners still take time for customer service.

Lorden Oil has competitive oil prices. They have a plan to lock in prices during the winter months. They have automated delivery service. Their customer service is good, and calls are always returned promptly. Service during the winter months has ever been a problem. They came out to service our furnace, the guy was on time, and very professional. A bill was sent after the work was done, and wasn't all that expensive.

Lorden Oil provides oil delivery and service at good prices. Their winter time contract pricing is very competitive, and service to date has been prompt and competitively priced. New customer discounts have been available in past years and were allowed to be applied to the winter time consumption contracts. Service calls have been answered promptly, even in the winter.
