Allstate has been my insurance company since 1987. I've had one auto accident since then and Allstate came through with flying colors. We also had damage to our car after last year's hurricanes passed through and Allstate helped get our cars repaired with ease. However, we're still waiting for a check after approximately six months. We've called Allstate's office several times and they don't seem to be following through. It seems if the going is smooth when a claim is filed, then everything will work out great. But if something goes awry after a claim is filed, it is difficult to get Allstate's office to follow through.
