They have some of the best service and most importantly best food in Connecticuthands down. A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. The only competition this place has in CT is Ruth Chriss. If you want a outstanding prime rib, or a superb New York Strip that you will truly remember and talk about for months head on down to Carmen Anthonys Steakhouse in Waterbury, you will not be disappointed. Carmen Anthony in Avon continues to be one of the area's premier restaurants. The level of service matches any great restaurant in the country. It is truly 5 Star! The steaks are very good, but it is the creative seafood that stands out here. The fish is always fresh and prepared several different ways to order. The salads are great and innovative.
