I have stayed at this hotel and I can tell you that it is nice. It is very immaculate. It has a luxurious lobby on the second floor with a coffee area and huge tv, newspapers. The rooms are awesome. They bring up your things as you get there and all of that is included in the price. As soon as you check in someone brings ice to you also.

This is a small place right near lake travis. Only infants and children over 18 are not allowed. Pets are welcome, so there's no need to leave Spot at home. This place is so pretty! you will love it here. It has trails, lake views, meditation places. Great homey place to stay.

I loved the pool--a semi-circle that starts outside and end inside their rec room. They provide pool toys and robes. Beautiful decor in the rooms--with nice added touches like decorative cloth covering cords (a VERY nice safety feature when traveling with a baby). It's not in downtown but close enough for a quick trip to see the sights.

The room was large and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. There was a microwave and refrigerator provided, which was a nice touch. On the other hand, it was also a little run down. The toilet paper holder was broken, the ironing board cover didn't fit right, and some of the paperwork (free things you could take) had something spilled on it.

I really liked going to this travel agency because they didn't constantly try to "upsell" you things that you didn't want. I was very clear that I wanted a basic, no frills trip to Cozumel Mexico. The agent there really listened to what I wanted. In the end, we got a vacation in the price range that we wanted. I will definitely use this agency again in the future.

The rooms here start at $129-$399.. This is pricey but worth it. The service here, cannot be beat. I found everyone to be extra helpful. Not to mention the rooms are beautiful..They also have a yummy Mansions Cafe. So you don't even have to leave the hotel. I highly recommend this place.

This bus will take you from dobie mall to either houston or dallas ( i think more, but those are the two that i have ridden). Tickets are only 25 for round trip, while on greyhound i think they are 22 or more each way, so you end up saving money. I feel its also better than driving, because instead of staying awake, you can now sleep the entire time. They are mostly punctual .. 35 traffic and houston traffic sometimes are really bad, but for a bus service its pretty good

I love the idea (and location) of STA, however when I was a student I really found that I could find better deals by doing the research and booking the trips myself. The staff here is great and nice to talk to - and the brochures in the office are helpful and inspire travel. I know travel agents have a hard time now because of the availbility of good prices on the internet, so I hate to say don't use one...but if you're a student and your main concern is price, you can probably do better yourself.
